Lodging Econometrics (" LE ") has released its latest trends report on hotel planning in the United States, showing A total of 1,556 marriott hotels (204,244 rooms), 1,413 Hilton hotels (161,743 rooms), and 954 Intercontinental hotels (97,547 rooms).The three brands together account for 69% of the total.
By number of projects, the leading brand is Hilton Huiting with 421 (43,816 rooms), followed by Intercontinental Holiday Inns with 380 (36,329 rooms) and Marriott Fairfield with 315 (30,336 rooms).These three brands dominate the project, accounting for 20 per cent of the total.
