After the wooden door customized by the hotel furniture manufacturer is sent to the construction site, the next step is to install it. The quality of the installation directly affects the normal use of the back, so how should it be installed, please see the following:
1. Mark the construction auxiliary line on the wall, use 3mm, 5mm and I2mm or 18mm large core board as the base (select according to the thickness of the wall), simulate the combination of each part of the door frame and adjust it to each part So far. Put the frame line of the door cover into the wall hole, and the edge of the door frame and the top of the door frame are at a 45-degree angle to ensure that both sides of the door frame are parallel and vertical to the top of the door frame.
2. Polish the convex and concave parts between the wall and the door frame after the door frame is installed to fill in the gaps. Apply glue to the interface, punch 80mm wood screws (the hole is behind the interface) in the pilot hole, and tighten it with a screwdriver. Be careful not to screw the screws directly into the entry sleeve, carefully check whether the dimensions between the gates are correct, whether the joints are flat, dense and firm, and then apply mortar and brick on the wall.
3. Determine the hinge installation position of the door frame, reserve the appropriate gap after marking the corresponding position on the door leaf. Process 2 ~ 3mm slots on the door leaf and fasten the hinges with the provided screws. Fix the door leaf temporarily at the corresponding installation position and adjust it to the exact position; mark the fixed position of the hinge on the door frame, and process the hinge groove, connect the door leaf with the hinge and fix the hinge.
4. Install the keyhole plate box and keyhole plate of the door frame. The general lock position is 900-1000mm above the ground. After installation, check whether the door leaf and door lock switch are flexible and whether the seam is in compliance with the specifications.
