Corinthia Meydan Beach Bubai will take up a privileged position on the prestigious JBR beachfront within Dubai Marina. By working in partnership with Meydan Group, Corinthia has designed the forthcoming hotel to reflect both the excitement of the city and the bliss of the beach.
Future guests can expect to encounter a towering 55-storey structure overlooking an inviting stretch of white sand, complete with 360 rooms and suites. Views from the prominent scheme will take in some of the UAE’s most famous sights, including the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Eye.
Internationally renowned design firm AE7 has designed the property to pay tribute to the region’s architectural grandeur and traditions. This impressive structure will feature a stepped podium wrapped around landscaped gardens and pools cascading down to the beach.
Here, guests will be able to enjoy an array of culinary experiences including the Hot Kitchen, Tea Lounge, Barista Theatre and a fine-dining venue on the hotel’s 32nd floor. These restaurants are to be accompanied by infinity pools, high-end shops, meeting rooms, a business centre, a gym and an ESPALife Spa, where therapies express a holistic approach to mind, body and soul.
Speaking when the project was first announced in April 2019, Matthew Dixon, Corinthia’s area managing director for the Middle East, Matthew Dixon, said: “Corinthia Meydan Beach is an exciting addition to the region’s hospitality landscape, representing both a landmark milestone for us as a brand, and for Dubai.
“The energy, vision and quality of resources assembled for this project by Meydan means that this hotel is in the enviable position of offering the market something fresh and new; an interpretation of heritage, culture and service values that we feel have not yet been brought to the UAE. We are confident that this property will enhance the Corinthia brand in the region, brilliantly enhancing our existing portfolio.”
