As a senior in the hotel industry, Mr. Deng Qin has over 30 years of extensive hotel work and management experience in Asia, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore. Prior to his new role, Mr. Deng Qin was the general manager of Hyatt Regency Qingdao Lushang.
Mr. Deng Qin was born in the UK and has shown great enthusiasm and passion for the food and service industry since he was young. After graduating from Harrogate College in the UK, Mr. Deng Qin started his hotel career in his hometown and then moved to Hong Kong, China. With his superb cooking skills, he has held key positions in many international five-star hotels. Mr. Deng Qin's relationship with Hyatt began in 2000 and served as the executive chef of the Hyatt Hotel in Xi'an; then, in 2004, he was transferred to the Grand Hyatt Beijing Hotel; in 2006, he joined Hyatt Songshan Lake in Dongguan Hotel, served as an executive chef and participated in the preparation for the opening of the hotel; in 2008, Mr. Deng Qin returned to Hong Kong to participate in the preparation for the opening of the Hyatt Hotel in Shatian, Hong Kong and served as the director of the catering department; in 2010, he joined Guiyang Zhongtian Yue Hotel, served as the director of the catering department; later in 2014, he served as the regional general manager of Pattaya Beach Resort Pattaya, Thailand; in 2017, he returned to Hyatt and went to Qingdao Lushang Hyatt Hotel as the general manager of the hotel.

Managing Director of Rosewood Beijing
From April 1, 2020, Mr. Vito Romeo will formally serve as the managing director of Rosewood Beijing. With more than 30 years of rich hotel management experience and excellent leadership skills, he will lead the team to write a new record in the Beijing luxury hotel market.
Mr. Romeo from Italy has held key positions in many hotels around the world, and his work experience covers China, Turkey and Canada. Prior to joining Rosewood, Mr. Romeo served as the general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, successfully establishing the hotel as a benchmark for luxury hotels in the Chengdu market. He previously served as the general manager of Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver, Canada and Shangri-La Hotel, Bosphorus, Istanbul, Turkey. Since 2017, he has served as the managing director of Rosewood Sanya. He has repeatedly achieved excellent results in the hotel's operational performance and team management, and has contributed a lot to the management of Rosewood Group.
Mr. Romeo holds a degree in hotel management from the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, and has completed a general manager course at Cornell University. Mr. Romeo started his hospitality career as an apprentice chef at La Coupole Hotel Mirabeau in Monte Carlo. In the following ten years, he has been repeatedly promoted in the field of culinary and catering management. He has worked in top luxury hotels and Michelin-star restaurants in Monaco, Paris, London and New York, and worked with Alain Ducasse ) And Mr. Joel Robuchon, two legendary chefs, work closely together. 03. Mr. Xu Chiping
Managing Director of Rosewood Sanya
Mr. Xu Chiping officially became the managing director of Rosewood Sanya. The Rosewood Sanya, which was unveiled magnificently in 2017, is the first resort hotel under the luxury and magnificent brand in mainland China.
Mr. Xu Chiping insisted on using the Chinese name, relatives, friends, colleagues and guests both used the end of his last word as his nickname Ping.
Engaged in the hotel industry for more than 20 years, he has held key positions in many international luxury brand hotels worldwide. Before joining Rosewood Sanya, Xu Chiping worked as a hotel manager at Rosewood Beijing, where he was responsible for the daily operations and many affairs of the hotel.
Xu Chiping holds a graduate degree in hotel management from the Swiss IHTTI Hotel Management School. He joined the International Hilton Group in 1992 and began his hospitality career, during which he worked as an accounting manager at the Hilton Shanghai Jing'an, Hilton Tokyo Bay and Hilton Guam. In 2000, out of love for cooking, he joined the London Hilton Hotel across the line, and in his spare time intern at the 3-star Michelin chef Gordon Ramsay restaurant. After studying hard and practicing cooking, he was quickly promoted and became the head chef of Hilton London Docklands in 2002. And in 2001, he was awarded the top ten chef of the year in the Hilton Hotel in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
His experience in the UK gave him a solid kitchen and dining foundation. In 2003, he moved to the United States and became the executive deputy chef of Chicago's most prestigious Drake Hotel. In 2007, he finally joined his long-lost Peninsula Hotel Group as the chef of the Chicago Peninsula, and was sent to his hometown in 2009. Shanghai served as the executive deputy chef to open the Shanghai Peninsula Hotel. Because of his excellent performance, he was appointed as the executive chef of Beijing Wangfu Peninsula Hotel in 2011.
After that, Mr. Xu Chiping was invited to serve as the culinary and catering director and administrative assistant manager of three Ruihua hotels under Wanda's most high-end brands.
